Three rechargeable Pro lasers in green, red and violet
A rechargeable violet laser pointer is the most eye-catching laser in our range. Its 405 nm blue-violet dot has a colour you rarely see, and it makes many fluorescent and glow-in-the-dark materials light up. It is the laser for collectors, for people who already own a green or red laser, and for anyone who enjoys a bit of light play on glow paper or highlighter ink.
The V1 Pro is the full-size model with an 18650 cell and two safety keys. The V2 Pro is the compact version with a 16340 cell. Both come in aluminium with a charger included and an output up to 1 mW, laser class 2. Be aware that violet appears dimmer to the eye than green or red, so its range is shorter.

For a household with children, choose the V1 Pro so the laser can be locked with its key and stored out of reach. If compactness matters most, choose the V2 Pro. Prefer AAA batteries? The Z1 violet laser pen is the simple alternative. Want violet alongside green and red? The Pro set includes the V1 Pro.

The best way to enjoy a violet laser is in a darkened room with something that glows. Write your name on glow-in-the-dark paper and watch it fade slowly, make highlighter ink light up on a sheet of paper, or charge up glow-in-the-dark stars on a ceiling one by one. It is simple, safe science as long as you follow the usual rule: the beam goes on the material, never towards anyone's eyes. Do this as an adult-led activity and put the laser away afterwards.
