Green, rechargeable and built to last
A rechargeable green laser pointer combines the most visible laser colour with the convenience of a battery you simply recharge. That makes this the category for people who take their laser outside a lot: stargazing evenings, early mornings in the field to move geese or pigeons on, or long days pointing things out on site or on a guided walk.
All three models share a 532 nm green dot, an aluminium body, a lithium-ion cell and a charger in the box, and an output up to 1 mW, laser class 2. The G3 Pro is the model most of our customers choose. The G1 Pro comes with a removable pattern lens for projecting shapes. The G2 Pro is the compact one with a 16340 cell, at 12 cm long.

If you are unsure, take the G3 Pro. It is our best-selling Pro model and the safe default for birds, stars and outdoor pointing. The G3 Pro and G1 Pro differ in only two ways: the G1 Pro is 16 cm instead of 15 cm and has a removable pattern lens, which the G3 Pro does not have. Pick the G1 Pro if you also want to project patterns, and the G2 Pro if you want the smallest rechargeable green laser. A spare battery keeps you going on a long night: add a PowerFox 18650 2-pack or PowerFox 16340 2-pack to your order.

With a rechargeable cell and charger in the box, a full charge before you go out is all the preparation you need, and you never stand in the cold fumbling with AAA batteries. Remove the safety key from the G1 Pro or G3 Pro when you put it away, and the laser cannot be switched on by accident in a bag or a drawer.
